Basic Recipes

This recipes are very simple and quick guys. You won’t have to spend hours in the kitchen for a healthy bite or slurp 🙂

Basic Soup Recipe:

  1. Choose one or two vegetables
  2. Chop
  3. Add water and your favorite vegetable or meat broth
  4. Cook
  5. Add spices
  6. Blend
  7. Cook some more
  8. Add cream and toppings
  9. Enjoy!

Basic Ice Cream Recipe:

  1. Chose one or two fruits
  2. Chop
  3. Freeze overnight
  4. Next day, add cream or fruit juice
  5. Add spices and sugar or syrup
  6. Blend
  7. Add toppings
  8. Freeze for about 4 hours
  9. Enjoy!
